1. Service Scope
Maghreb Vision provides web development, AI automation, digital marketing, SEO, and business systems services. The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon with the client.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion or as otherwise agreed. All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless stated otherwise.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in each proposal. Delays caused by client feedback, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the timeline. Maghreb Vision will communicate any changes promptly.
4. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included. Major changes or additional features may incur extra costs and will be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered work. Maghreb Vision retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maghreb Vision is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

1. Périmètre des services
Maghreb Vision fournit des services de développement web, d'automatisation par IA, de marketing digital, de SEO et de systèmes d'entreprise. Le périmètre spécifique de chaque projet est défini dans une proposition ou un contrat distinct convenu avec le client.
2. Conditions de paiement
Les conditions de paiement sont précisées dans chaque proposition. Généralement, un acompte de 50 % est requis avant le début des travaux, le solde étant dû à la livraison. Tous les prix sont en dirhams marocains (MAD) sauf indication contraire.
3. Calendrier
Les délais estimés sont fournis dans chaque proposition. Les retards dus aux commentaires du client, aux services tiers ou à des circonstances imprévues peuvent prolonger le calendrier. Maghreb Vision communiquera tout changement rapidement.
4. Révisions et modifications
Les révisions mineures dans le cadre convenu sont incluses. Les changements majeurs ou fonctionnalités supplémentaires peuvent entraîner des coûts supplémentaires et seront devisés séparément.
5. Propriété intellectuelle
Après paiement intégral, le client est propriétaire du travail livré. Maghreb Vision conserve le droit d'afficher le travail dans son portfolio, sauf convention contraire.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
Maghreb Vision n'est pas responsable des dommages indirects découlant de l'utilisation de nos services, y compris la perte de revenus ou de données. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée au montant payé par le client pour le service concerné.

1. نطاق الخدمات
تقدم مغرب فيجن خدمات تطوير الويب وأتمتة الذكاء الاصطناعي والتسويق الرقمي وتحسين محركات البحث وأنظمة الأعمال. يتم تحديد نطاق كل مشروع في عرض منفصل أو عقد يتم الاتفاق عليه مع العميل.
2. شروط الدفع
شروط الدفع موضحة في كل عرض مشروع. عادة، يلزم دفع وديعة بنسبة 50٪ قبل بدء العمل، على أن يستحق المبلغ المتبقي عند التسليم. جميع الأسعار بالدرهم المغربي ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك.
3. الجدول الزمني
يتم توفير الجداول الزمنية المقدرة في كل عرض. قد تؤدي التأخيرات الناتجة عن ملاحظات العميل أو خدمات الطرف الثالث أو ظروف غير متوقعة إلى تمديد الجدول الزمني. ستقوم مغرب فيجن بإبلاغ أي تغييرات على الفور.
4. المراجعات والتعديلات
المراجعات البسيطة ضمن النطاق المتفق عليه متضمنة. التغييرات الكبيرة أو الميزات الإضافية قد تتطلب تكاليف إضافية وسيتم تسعيرها بشكل منفصل.
5. الملكية الفكرية
بعد الدفع الكامل، يمتلك العميل العمل النهائي المسلّم. تحتفظ مغرب فيجن بحق عرض العمل في محفظتها ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.
6. تحديد المسؤولية
مغرب فيجن غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام خدماتنا، بما في ذلك فقدان الإيرادات أو البيانات. تلتزم مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية بالمبلغ الذي دفعه العميل مقابل الخدمة المعنية.
